SEED launches new silicone hydrogel daily disposable contact lens in Australia

SEED is pleased to announce SEED 1day Silfa, a new silicone hydrogel daily disposable contact lens, which will be available from October 2021.

SEED 1day Silfa features a low modulus allowing for excellent fitting characteristics and provides all day comfort. With a high water content of 68%, no surface coating is required. High water absorption combined with marginal lipid adsorption allows for excellent natural wettability and lubricity, even for patients with relatively dry eyes.

SEED 1day Silfa with have a power range from plano to -7.00D at launch, more powers will be added in the future.

SEED proudly manufactures the SEED 1dayPure moisture and SEED 1day Silfa contact lenses in Japan. To ensure the products are made to the highest quality standard, each lens is carefully produced under a stringent quality control and inspection system.
