The ODMA eyetalk Reference Guide was originally created in 1980 by Margaret McCann and Tony Hanks. From simple beginnings as a four page Suggested Ophthalmic Retail Price List, the original project has since grown into an essential reference book of more than 200 pages.
Acquisition
As of August 2014, the Optical Distributors and Manufacturers Association (ODMA) acquired the eyetalk business.
