New Transitions XTRActive Technologies

Transitions Optical has launched two new technologies in its extra dark photochromic lens range: Transitions XTRActive new generation and Transitions XTRActive Polarized.

Both Transitions XTRActive Polarized and Transitions XTRActive new generation are clear indoors with a slight hint of tint. Outdoors they are both extra dark – even in hot temperatures. They also darken in the car.

While Transitions XTRActive new generation is the darkest lens, Transitions XTRActive Polarized

features dynamic polarisation technology whereby the lens is clear and unpolarised indoors, but as it darkens outdoors it also becomes polarised.
